The R.O.M.E. Digital Hub is a project aimed at creation of a Research and Development Center for promoting the digital innovation of the Public Administration and Italian SMEs. It was presented by Tecnopolo S.p.A. to the European Commission, under the Initial Network of European Digital Innovation Hubs programme.

The project received the Seal of Excellence, the special mention assigned by the Commission to projects that have particularly distinguished themselves as a high quality proposal.

The R.O.M.E. Digital Hub presented by Tecnopolo was developed by a group of companies, universities, research institutions, business organizations, of which Novareckon makes part and is coordinated by the Sigma Consulting company and the Aten Is network of Tecnopolo Tiburtino.
